Founder Story
Built through work, learning and real fabrication.
- 01
The Beginning
At school, Vitaliy struggled academically. He was frequently told that he would not achieve much, that he did not know how to do anything, and that he would never become the face of a company or create something significant of his own.
- 02
Searching for Direction
At around 18 years old, he entered the workforce and began actively searching for the direction he wanted to pursue. Over time, he worked in approximately 15 jobs, including retail, car washing, fuel-station work and many other kinds of work.
He repeatedly left roles that were a poor fit and continued looking for environments where he could develop.
- 03
Discovering Welding
After the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, Vitaliy spent approximately one year at home without regular work. During that period, he discovered welding content online and watched approximately 1,000 welding-related videos, including extensive YouTube material, as part of his self-education.
He then decided to become a welder and completed professional welding training.
- 04
Becoming a Welder
After training, Vitaliy found work in the profession. He worked at that factory for approximately one year and three months.
- 05
Starting Again
The factory was later destroyed during a Russian Shahed drone attack, forcing him to look for work again. One subsequent workplace proved to be a poor personal and professional fit, so he continued searching.
- 06
CNC & Digital Engineering
Vitaliy later found a company with healthy management, good colleagues and an environment where he could continue developing professionally. There, he was trained to work as a CNC plasma cutting machine operator.
Instead of stopping at the operator role, he wanted to understand the technology more deeply and began independently studying approximately five additional software applications related to his technical development.
- 07
Another Forced Pause
Later, during a workplace accident, an approximately 100 kg metal sheet fell onto his foot and fractured his toes. The injury required a period of recovery at home.
Rather than stopping his development during recovery, he used the time to work on ideas he already had in mind.
- 08
Eight Disciplines
Across his professional path, Vitaliy has developed practical skills in eight disciplines. This is a record of real work and hands-on development, not a claim of academic degrees or formal certifications.
- 09
The Origin of WELDGOD
Through real fabrication work, Vitaliy repeatedly received engineering drawings that were incomplete or frustrating to use on the shop floor. Missing dimensions and practical fabrication information created uncertainty for the person who had to cut, position, assemble and weld the part.
He realised that a drawing can look correct from a design perspective while still being difficult for the welder or fabricator who has to build the product. His welding experience, CNC work and 3D/CAD engineering led him to approach drawings differently.
- 10
Today
Today, Vitaliy is developing WELDGOD Engineering and creating fabrication-ready engineering projects and digital manufacturing files for welders, fabricators and people who want a reliable starting point for the build.
Multidisciplinary Background
A practical point of view, shaped across disciplines.
Experience across multiple professional disciplines shapes a practical engineering approach focused on how products are designed, manufactured, assembled and used.

Why WELDGOD Exists
Engineering design informed by real fabrication experience.
“A welder should not have to guess what dimension the engineer intended.”
WELDGOD Engineering was created from the practical gap between a drawing that looks correct and a drawing that gives the fabricator the information needed to make the product. The goal is not simply to present digital files, but to prepare drawings and engineering packages with the dimensions and practical fabrication information that welders and fabricators need.
The approach considers how a part is cut, positioned, assembled and welded, so engineering design is informed by the reality of fabrication work.
