WELDGOD / Digital products
These terms apply to purchases of WELDGOD digital engineering products. They describe the current manual inquiry, payment-confirmation, and digital-delivery process and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
01 / Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of digital engineering products offered by WELDGOD, including drawings, DXF files, STEP models, CAD or source files, bills of materials, and related documentation.
They apply unless a relevant product page explicitly states otherwise.
02 / Product information
Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant product description, package contents, file formats, specifications, and any compatibility information published on the product page before purchase.
WELDGOD does not represent compatibility with software or versions unless that compatibility is explicitly documented on the relevant product page.
03 / Digital products
Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, products in the current WELDGOD digital-product catalog are digital products. No physical item is shipped.
The contents and price of a selected package are defined on the relevant product page.
04 / Ordering and payment
The current purchase process begins with an inquiry. WELDGOD then communicates payment arrangements and confirms payment before digital delivery.
An inquiry alone does not constitute a completed purchase. WELDGOD does not represent that automatic checkout, instant download, subscriptions, or customer accounts are available through the current process.
05 / Delivery
Digital files are delivered according to the process communicated during the order, using the current manual delivery workflow after payment confirmation.
No specific delivery time is promised unless it has been separately confirmed for the purchase.
06 / License
A purchase grants usage rights under the WELDGOD Digital Product License and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or original engineering documentation.
Commercial fabrication rights and restrictions on digital-file redistribution are governed by the Digital Product License.
07 / Customer responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the selected files, formats, specifications, dimensions, and intended use are suitable for their needs before fabrication.
08 / Fabrication and safety
Customers are responsible for verifying materials, dimensions, tolerances, fabrication suitability, structural requirements, safety requirements, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards before manufacturing or using a physical product.
WELDGOD documentation is not represented as certified engineering documentation unless that status is explicitly verified for a particular product.
09 / Errors and support
If purchased files are corrupted, incomplete relative to the selected package, or incorrectly delivered, contact WELDGOD so the issue can be investigated.
Where appropriate, corrected files or the purchased package may be re-supplied. This does not create a promise of unlimited support.
10 / Changes
WELDGOD may update these terms for future purchases or future use of the site. Updates do not remove mandatory legal rights that apply to an existing purchase.
